Responsibilities

  • Faculty Planning & Recruitment is exercised in consultation with Directors, Deans and Area Heads of Schools.
  • Training and Development of faculty members.
  • Monitoring the effective utilization of faculty members across the University.
  • Monitoring the Performance of Faculty Members.
  • Overseeing the activities of ICFAI Staff College.
  • Planning and Coordinating the setup of Academic Infrastructure (Physical and Digital), Library, Labs and Workshops.
  • Facilitating digitization initiatives across the University in association with Central IT (CIT).
  • Designing, Developing and Implementing Integrated IT Systems in Teaching and Non-Teaching areas in association with CIT.
